All photographs, images, and content created by Mahar Studio remain the intellectual property of Mahar Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use the images for personal purposes.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. A deposit may be required to secure bookings. Cancellation policies apply as outlined in the service agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mahar Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.
